CROS RESEARCH: PHOBIAS OF RUSSIANS IN Q2 2020

09 July

Results of the “National Index of Anxieties” for Q2 2020 have been released.

The latest edition of the index shows that the most common phobias relate to the loss of job and income due to the crisis, changes in the lifestyle (risk of the second wave of the pandemic, face mask requirement, self-imposed isolation), ‘digital slavery’ and penalties for violation of quarantine restrictions. It should be noted that the research did not reveal any pseudo-phobias – fears and anxieties broadcast by the media but not discussed by the people. It is the first time on record that the traditional and social media shared the same agenda.
