MAXIM KVASHA PRESENTS "PENSION LITERACY" PROJECT

14 May

The "Pension Reform Laboratory" website published an interview with CROS Vice President Maxim Kvasha under the title "We learned to talk about sensitive issues in a way that does not cause resentment" (see the original in Russian here). The interview is dedicated to the publication of materials of the “Pension Literacy” educational project, implemented by the CROS team as part of the Financial Education and Financial Literacy in Russia joint project of the Russian Finance Ministry and the World Bank.

In the interview, Maxim tells why this product is unique both for Russia and the world, how it can be used by large and small companies, as well as the non-profit sector, and why common people need it.

The project is designed as a set of informational and educational materials and events that can be combined in different ways to meet the needs of various audiences. During the classes, participants can both improve their financial literacy and learn how to link financial, housing, labor and family strategies, as well as discuss these issues with colleagues. The methodology confirmed its efficiency during the trainings and webinars that the project team successfully conducted in the Russian regions.

The project materials will be useful to both professionals and wide audience (available here in Russian). The webinar recordings and a short video course are available on the “Pension Literacy” project's YouTube channel (in Russian).
