PROJECT BY NORNICKEL, CROS, CROSDIGITAL RECEIVES SILVER ARCHER AWARD
“HR in the Digital Era”, the joint project of Nornickel, CROS and CrosDigital, received the national public relations award the Silver Archer in the nomination for the best corporate communications project.
The project team found a creative approach the brand’s recruitment campaign and focused on the digital native audience. For the first time, the approach proved successful in the Transbaikal region. It allowed to reduce the share of negative reviews and comments about the HR brand from 39% to 2%, provided for 12% increase in the number of relevant CVs, and allowed timely filling of over 2,000 vacancies at the Bystrinskiy mining and processing plant that was preparing to launch operations.
The initial success allowed to scale the campaign to the federal level. “Work with Norilsk Nickel” social media accounts became an ongoing source of human resources for the company and were complemented with other communication channels and outlets. According to Nornickel’s HR Department, the overall number of relevant CVs rose 27% in 2018 compared to 2017.
