PROJECT BY NORNICKEL, CROS, CROSDIGITAL SHORTLISTED FOR SILVER ARCHER AWARD
“HR in the Digital Era. How We Found Approach to Digital Native Metallurgists”, the joint project of Nornickel, CROS and CrosDigital, was shortlisted for the national public relations award the Silver Archer in the nomination for the best corporate communications project.
The project team found a creative approach to the brand’s HR communication and designed a campaign to attract new employees through the social media. We assumed that today’s engineers and blue-collar workers are digital native just like representatives of other professions, and communications with them would be effective when carried out through common digital channels.
On February 20-21, public presentations of the shortlisted projects will be held at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. Winners will be announced at the official award ceremony on the night of February 21.
