KSENIA TRIFONOVA SPEAKS AT ST PETERSBURG PR DAYS
The PR Days Annual Conference was traditionally organized by the Russian Association for Public Relations (RASO) in the middle of November in St Petersburg. This year, the discussions concentrated around meanings and the search for them.
Ksenia Trifonova, CROS Vice President for Business Development, presented the National Index of Anxieties, an important instrument for detecting topics, important for the public.
"The share of social and consumer topics is increasing and they remain not covered by the traditional media. However, they exist and can be seen in the social media. People often discuss issues that bother them and seem significant. It should be taken into account when designing communications," Ksenia said, while talking about the results and the meaning of the research.
