Peter Kirian, CROS Director for Media Projects published an opinion article on Forbes.ru about the changes in the media landscape of Russia and how the society is getting used to live with two information agendas: the official one and personal one.

The issue of growing food prices confirms that these topics still make it in the news, be it thanks to or against the mass media’s information policy,” Peter Kirian says.
